Tang is the President of Orca AG, a global technology (SaaS) company serving complex clients, including family offices, global families, private equity, venture capital and investment firms, foundations, corporations, and professional services firms. She drives strategy and business development for companies and founders, from concept to commercialization. Charmaine is a passionate community leader and subject matter expert in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing and philanthropy.

Tang graduated from New York University, Stern School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Finance and Accounting. She is an alumna of Stuyvesant High School, an elite math and science school in Manhattan. Tang has a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School and is an Advisor to the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) International Finance & Marketing department.
Born and raised in New York City, Tang splits her time between Dallas and New York. She has been happily married for 20+ years to a Texan and is the mother of two Manhattan-born teens. In her free time, she is an avid skier, bookworm, and recreational boxer.
